Dear Friends,
While we may be staying in touch more than usual electronically with friends and family – we may miss physically coming together. This time of 'social distancing' encourages us as seekers to go inner and be quiet. Still many of us miss meeting physically for Satsanga. These simple chants and prayers are offered to connect us as a community to the inner quiet, to that which doesn't change, to that peace that is not touched by stress, fear, illness, etc.
As a portal to the quiet, more of these prayers and chants will be posted as they become available in the coming days and weeks and as a reminder that the sanga/community is still here even though we are not physically gathering,
